Delivery Conditions

We ensure that your orders arrive quickly and reliably.
All shipments are delivered within 1–3 working days within Germany.

Free shipping – for orders over 95,00 zł.

For orders under 95,00 zł, a flat shipping fee of 10,99 zł applies.

We work with reliable courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery directly to your doorstep or to a parcel locker (DHL, InPost, Orlen).

Return and Exchange Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return of Goods)

According to EU law, the buyer – consumer (a natural person purchasing the goods for personal use) – has the right to withdraw from an online purchase without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

2. Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send us a notification via email to: ledomstar@gmail.com or through the contact form: Return Form.
After the notification, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the goods.
The goods must be returned in the same condition as received: complete set, without signs of use, in their original packaging.

3. Refund

We will refund the value of the goods as well as the standard delivery costs paid during the purchase.
The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal notification, but not before we receive the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
If the goods were defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the customer’s specifications (e.g., custom candle arrangements);

Goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the packaging has been opened (e.g., fragrance oils);

B2B transactions (returns for businesses are only possible with a separate written agreement).

6. Exchange of Goods

If you wish to exchange the goods (e.g., for a different scent or size), this is possible provided the goods are unused and undamaged. In this case, the return/exchange will be arranged individually.
